Rose was so quick to respond and her team was fantastic with the install! Very quick turn around time, gave me a small time window to expect them and they were on time. Beautiful and speedy install - so happy with our new counter!

I decided to go with Colonial for my quartz and installation for a few reasons. The price and the the fact they were able to install so quickly. I visited their shop and picked out a quartz, which they had in stock on a Wednesday. They measured that same day and installed on a Friday.
They sent two men, who were very respectful, polite and neat for the install. When they were done, I noticed a few diffetent areas where the veining in the quartz did not match up at all. I brought it to the attention of the woman(I forget her name) who I had dealt with and who appears to run the office. She gave me some excuse that did not make sense to me. I'm not a professional but I would think that had they cut it and measured it correctly, the veins would line up. Their only resolution to me was that they would provide me with a cutting board from whatever was left over from my quartz, which they wanted me to pick up. I told her they installers had already offered me that before I even complained and told me they would drop it off as they live close by.
It has now been more than 3 months and I have yet to see my cutting board.
They have never responded to texts messages from me since.
I guess I now know why they were able to install so quickly.
I will say, their price was very fair.
